Mandarin Hardie Plank and Screen room with PGT Eze Breeze windows.

In December we transformed this Mandarin (Huntington Forrest) house.We replaced the t1-11 wood siding with Hardie ColorPlus siding. (heathered Moss color), we Painted the rest of the house with Sherwin Williams paint. The old Screen room was removed and we added a new Screen room with a Hardie Plank KneeWall to match the house,  PGT Eze Breeze Vinyl windows and a SolaTube skylight.     One of my favorite options to add to a Screen room is the extra porch area for a grill, Screen room guys call these “Combo” rooms, the extra overhang is useful for sitting or grilling.   To add light to the room we added this SolaTube Slylight.   Eze Breeze vinyl glazed windows from PGT are an economical approach to keeping the weather out. This picture shows one on the left closed and one on the right open from the top down.
