Our crews began by eliminating and replacing all rotten wood. Next, new HardieWrap was installed and the entire house was waterproofed. We then replaced all the siding and trim for this home before painting the full exterior.
This client was eager to have a new sunroom to replace her screen room, so we tore down the existing structure and rebuilt the screen room, this time with windows from Simonton! Finally, we installed James Hardie Board siding and trim on the sunroom.
