1950s Ortega House

All she needed was a facelift!  This home came with the original wood windows.  We installed PGT Spectra Guard double hung windows for beauty and durability.   Because the house was built prior to 1978 we had to test for the presence of lead in the paint.  Yes led was present so we had to remove the old windows in accordance to new Florida led law requirements.  We are fully licensed in FL to do so and the homeowner was delighted.
